Description

The Security Guard position is responsible for providing a safe and secure environment to all guests, artists, and staff by delivering the highest caliber of security services during all events and functions within the Theatre 

Requirements

· Welcome guests to the Theatre in an upbeat, positive, professional, and friendly manner

· Conduct all security screening protocols, which includes a bag search, walk through a metal detector and/or hand held wanding at all access points to the venue

· Maintain and control access points to the Theatre and the backstage areas

· Patrol and protect exterior and interior building property

· Pro-actively monitor audience during events to ensure all event policies are followed (ie. event photo policy). 

· Handle any compliance issues or disruption issues in a calm, courtesy and professional manner

· Responsible for a safe and efficient in-gress and e-gress

· Respond to emergency, medical, or guest related issues/concerns in a timely manner

· Ensure all exit pathways are clear and functioning properly

· Answer all guests’ questions and concerns in a proficient and timely manner

· Assist with Artist Meet and Greets and special events

· Represent the brand in a respectful and professional manner
